Three pathways to the United States
The J-1 Program consists of the following categories — each designed for a different stage of your journey.
Trainee
For experienced professionals who hold a degree and at least one year of relevant work experience, or individuals with a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.

CAI was founded by two alumni of the J-1 Exchange Visitor Program. Inspired by their own journey in the United States, they built CAI to give Indonesian youth accurate, transparent, and reliable information about the J-1 Program.
