How to Apply

Six steps from Indonesia to the USA

A clear, guided journey — we accompany you at every step, from your first question to your departure gate.

1

Free Initial Consultation

Chat with our team via WhatsApp or visit our office in Bali. We assess your background, goals, and eligibility, and explain honestly what the J-1 Program offers — including the costs and challenges.

2

Document Preparation

We guide you in preparing your CV (U.S. format), passport, academic transcripts or diplomas, and reference letters, plus coaching for your English interview.

3

Host Company Placement

Your profile is submitted to host companies or hotels in the United States. We prepare you for interviews until you receive and sign an official offer.

4

Visa Sponsor & DS-2019

A designated U.S. visa sponsor reviews your program, conducts an interview, and issues your DS-2019 form and DS-7002 training plan — the core documents of your J-1 visa.

5

U.S. Embassy Visa Interview

We help you complete the DS-160 form, pay the SEVIS and visa fees, and prepare thoroughly for your interview at the U.S. Embassy in Jakarta or the Consulate in Surabaya.

6

Pre-Departure & Arrival

Once your visa is approved: flights, insurance, housing guidance, and a pre-departure orientation — then you fly, and your American journey begins.

Note: The steps above are a general overview. Exact requirements and timelines vary by program category, host company, and visa sponsor. Contact us for a personalized roadmap — and remember, flexible payment options are available.
